Competition Teams have been selected for the 2023-24 season.

​Competition teams are for those dancers who are highly committed to dance. Competitive dancers are required to be in a regular combo class as well as their combined technique and choreography class. Costs associated with competition dance are higher as more instruction time is necessary along with costume, apparel, travel, and competition fees. Competition dancers compete at 2-3 competitions in the Spring, usually located in the Omaha area.

Mini Force:
Recommended ages are 7-9
Thursday 5-6pm

Junior Force:
Recommended ages are 10-12
Thursday 6-7pm

Senior Force:
Recommended age is 12+
Thursday 8-9pm

Solos/Duets/Trios
On our tryouts sign up form, there is an opportunity to request to do a solo, duet, or trio.
Each year, depending on tryout numbers and those willing, we would like to pick 2-4 soloists, 2-3 duets, and possibly one trio. That is subject to change.
We would like any soloist to have at least one year of previous competition experience.
Practice times:
Wednesday (7-9pm) or Thursdays (4-5pm)
(We will rotate the soloists, duet and trio dancers weekly)
